FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's included in the program?

Arrow icon

By joining us, you will belong to a community of like-minded Early Childhood Educators, mums and dads and whanau members, who all believe in the mission of feeling and being better. We will be providing weekly, and monthly content including information, polls, knowledge sharing, videos and tips around nutrition, wellbeing, fitness and mindset. We hope to keep you feeling and living your best whilst you provide your best to our bright Tamariki.

I am a Childcare Owner with less than 10 teachers working for me, can I buy less than a 10-user license?

Arrow icon

We only offer packages of 10 user licenses to the Early Childhood Sector. For user group sizes less than this, you can explore going for individual subscriptions. If the number of teachers in your service is less than 10, you can also look at extending the offering to your parents and whanau in your community as a value-add service.

Can my teachers pay you directly for this service?

Arrow icon

Yes, of course. Billing and payments can be made directly by your teachers on our individual plan, or by the service and offered to your teachers as a part of your ECE Wellness Initiative.

Can this be deducted from my teachers paye as a part of our Wellbeing Initiative

Arrow icon

Yes, provided you comply with all relevant NZ laws and regulations, including IRD rules. We recommend consulting with your accountant or advisor on this.

How long is the program commitment?

Arrow icon

The commitment is 12 months from time of sign up, the subscription is paid monthly. The reason we do this is so we can provide sufficient resources and content over a set time period to deliver real, transformative and measurable results. Success does not happen overnight, but it sure does happen!

I have another question, how can I contact you?

Arrow icon

You can call us on 0800 ECEASY 0800 323 279 or email us on: kiaora@eceasy.org
